Cinco De Mayo

The Cinco De Mayo party was on Saturday, May 9th. Unfortunately, not many people were dressed for the occasion, well... except for the Bergman family. Tony arrived as the modern Mexican with a bandana & Fu Manchu. Not wanting Tony to be left out, Tim ran upstairs to trim his whiskers into a Fu Manchu. Josie told both her dad & uncle Tim, "You look silly."

Holly's Bridal Shower & Bachelorette Party

We had Holly's bridal shower & bachelorette party on Saturday, April 25th. It was a very busy day. The shower started late afternoon and the celebration continued into the evening at Speedway Lanes bowling alley. It was a fun day of partying; it took all day Sunday to recover!

Bergman Easter

The Bergman Easter party was on Sunday. We had an egg-cellent brunch with birthday cake celebrating Tony's 30th birthday.

Meier Easter Party

The Meier family celebrated Easter on Saturday night, April 11th. Grandma Meier had eggs all over the house, and everyone was excited to find a shiny quarter inside.

Three Years & Counting...

This week we celebrated our 3 year wedding anniversary! We went to dinner on Thursday evening to La Piazza in Troy. The food was excellent, so we will definitely have to go back. Friday evening, we went to Fifth Third Field to watch the Dayton dragons play the Great Lakes Loons. As we drove to the game, there were a few rain drops on the windshield, but the rain held off and the Dragons won 6-1.

Cinco De Mayo

The Cinco De Mayo party is back this year on May 9th. We received several complaints after not having the party last year. Dust off your sombrero & serape, break out the margarita glass, and crack open the tequila... Men are encouraged to grow dirty Mexican-looking facial hair. Chuck Smith has been preparing for the party since the beginning of the year.

We are pregnant!!

We are expecting a BABY!!!

We are very excited for the arrival of Baby Bergman, due September 2nd. The pregnancy, to date, has been great! I have been very, very lucky that I have not had any sickness. We've been to the doctor a few times and have seen the little heart beating on the ultrasound. We are not going to find out the sex of the baby before its arrival, so it will be quite a suprise!
